Our field management team consists of a highly qualified Field Operations Manager and Field Superintendents/Supervisors who have all gained extensive knowledge in this industry through years of first hand experience and training. They continually monitor work in progress for quality, effectiveness, and adherence to safety procedures; as well as perform field technical training and provide consultation for job planning. Employing up to 200 union craftsmen including over 40 experienced jobsite foremen, Chapman's Field Operations stands ready to perform any size or complexity of work, any where it is needed.
